At last weekend’s Annual General Meeting in Blackpool, the NPL Divisional allocations were confirmed for the new season.

With Curzon Ashton & Ramsbottom United promoted, Cammell Laird withdrawing and Wakefield FC relegated, there were four vacancies to fill in The North Division -

- in from the Northern Counties East League come Champions Brighouse Town

- Spennymoor Town are promoted from the Northern League

- Scarborough Athletic are transferred from the First Division South

- completing the line-up are Droylsden who were relegated from The Premier Division.

The 2014/15 NPL season kicks off on Saturday 16th August with the fixtures due to be released on Thursday 17th July.
