The Millers started well and were two up at the interval, a firm header from a set piece giving them the lead and then a long range effort making it two. The home side bounced back with twelve minutes to play pulling a goal back & then a quick double saw them take the lead. Norton & Birch’s side are made of stern stuff though and they bounced back to equalise just moments later.

The game ended 3-3 and The Millers managers were more than satisfied with the performances of a number of players as they continue to prepare for the coming season.
