The Millers Under 21 Goalkeeper Toby Emmett has signed senior forms, making him eligible for First Team selection in the coming weeks.

Emmett signed for the club in the summer and has been an ever present for Rick Adrio and James Howe’s Under 21 side, and he has been added to the first team squad following Dylan Forth’s dismissal against West Didsbury & Chorlton, following team mates Ethan Carter and Sam Watson into the senior set up.

In spite of the fact that Forth’s sending off was later rescinded, Emmett was expected to feature in Mike Norton and Dave Birch’s squad for the postponed game at Ellesmere Rangers at the weekend, and he is likely to become a familiar face around the senior side on match days in the coming weeks.
