New Mills Football Club are looking for a new Club Secretary and a Match Day Co-ordinator both roles will work closely together over the season
CLUB SECRETARY
The duties of the role include:
· Liaising with The FA, The Derbyshire County FA and The North West Counties Football League
· Preparing match day confirmations in line with NWCFL rules
· Ensure all paperwork and signage is updated around the ground and at the turnstiles
· Management of NWCFL matchday system before and after the matches
· Liaison with opposition Secretaries and match officials on Moas
· Disciplinary confirmations on the FA Whole Game
Any potential applicants will need to display attention to detail in respect of rules and regulations and be flexible on hours and availability.
MATCH DAY CO-ORDINATOR
The role as Match Day Coordinator will be to market, recruit, liaise, co-ordinate and deliver our Match Day experience. The Co-ordinator will have to ensure all games are fully recruited with Stewarding and Volunteers and deliver the best possible experience for visiting fans and away teams. Including the welcome drinks and halftime refreshments, New Mills FC match days are Saturday and midweek Tuesday evenings. The Co-ordinator will be responsible for making sure each participant has the best possible Match Day experience alongside gaining feedback from fans in order to improve and evolve our match day offering.
