New Mills Football Club are delighted to confirm the signing of Lee Knight, the attacker arrives at Church Lane having spent the 2023/24 season at Cheadle Town. Knight has significant experience at non-league level, having previously been on the books at Oldham Athletic in the Football League, and counts Bradford Park Avenue, Stalybridge Celtic, 1874 Northwich, Warrington Rylands and Ashton United among his former clubs.

Millers boss Chris Baguley said “Lee is a player I know well and I played with him at Ashton United when he joined for a loan spell from Oldham. He will give us options in any of the attacking positions and his experience will be important to us. Having played with him I know what he’s all about in terms of his attitude and work rate, we’re delighted to be able to bring him to the club”
